Effective 31 August 2026. The Genius Portal Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information in connection with our website, programs, coaching, consulting, digital products, events and other services. Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) apply to us, we handle personal information in accordance with those requirements.
